Annual Report of the Dane County Aadministrator, March 18, 1971. This mimeographed report contains a copy, dated April 1, 1971, of the oral report given to the Dane County (Wis.) Board as well as the written annual report. Division reports included are "Systems Analysis and Data Processing" by Alan Larson; "Development Coordination" by George Hibner; and "Personnel" by Edward Garvoille. Mr. Reinke's oral comments concerned historical perspective and issues for the Board members to consider: population, property valuations, disbursements/receipts, mill rates, financial condition, the relationship among the various districts of the county, juvenile detention facilities, space studies, and the park system. The report covers those topics as well as the parking ramp, indebtedness, Highway Department, Medical Assistance Program and payments, and the early history of Dane County. |
