Summary |
1014 East Gorham Street, an Interpretive Restoration of a 19th Century Dwelling on Madison's Isthmus was probably prepared as a summary to raise funds for this project. The goal was to restore the home in Madison, Wisconsin as a demonstration of cost effective restoration within the capabilities of most homeowners. The Madison Trust for Historic Preservation hoped to purchase and restore the modest home and then sell it as upstairs and downstairs condominiums. The booklet includes background information on both the Trust and the property involved, a narrative description of the project, and data on project costs, personnel, marketing plans, and interior floor plans. |
