Legal documents of the Windsor Congregational Cemetery Association (Windsor, Wisconsin) consisting of a deed from Justin and Polly Pinney to the Union Church and Society of Windsor, 1863; a deed from Walter and Edna Zingg to the Windsor Congregational Cemetery Association, 1963; a 1915 power of attorney from the church to the association allowing the selling of cemetery lots; and a 1914 agreement with the Central Wisconsin Trust Company to administer the perpetual care fund.

Archival History

This collection was established by a donation of 5 items from the Windsor Congregational Assocation in 1976 (accession no. 1976.002). Two items from an earlier donation (M1969.001) also from the Windsor Congregational Cemetery Association were added to this collection.
