One such event was an exhibition at the Dane County Memorial Coliseum titled "Heritage Days," featuring booths and tables highlighting the work of local historical organizations in the county. These materials have been partially processed. All accessions have been integrated into a single order. Most are in folders labeled with titles though not with the call number. The newspaper clippings in Box 13-15 are loose in the boxes. The photographs in Box 16-primarily negatives and contact sheets-also need physical attention. The scrapbook in Box 17 contains adhesive sheets which will in time turn yellow; the scrapbook's contents may be duplicates of items elsewhere in the collection. Several different call numbers were at one time assigned to these materials and these old call numbers sometimes can be found penciled on the materials.
